Victor is one of the powerful and unmistakably important forces of our time, an artist of exclusive vision. He was born in former USSR December 31st of 1953.Victor graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Applied Arts, Kharkiv, Ukraine as well as he was a post graduate of Artistic Studios of the Academy of Arts of the USSR. Presently Victor is a professor of the arts, Vice-President of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine and Vice-President of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. He is a founder and director of the Modern Art Research Institute of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine.

Lora D. Art Gallery is one of the very few galleries to exhibit his work, due to the artists’ exclusive choice to strictly show in museums and educational institutions. Victor Sydorenko was the only artist to represent Ukraine in 2003 at the International 50th Venice Biennale in Italy (a juried pinnacle of achievements in visual arts from around the world).

He is recognized and well respected by world’s most important museum curators. Collections include: Yale University, School of Art, USA; National Museum of Fine Arts, Kiev, Ukraine; Presidential Palace, Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan and multiple private collectors.
